hi good day! my concern lang po ako, gusto ko sana mag-file ng maternity po.. kc po im almost 3months pregnant.. my problem is’ pwde ko pdin ba mgmit maternity ko po , kc kasal po ako at dala ko po ang apelyido ng dati kong asawa! nd po ba maapektuhan ang maternity ko’ f iba ang magiging family name po ng baby ko po.. sana makatanggap po ako ng sagot po.. salamat po..

Currently I’m living here at UAE. I want to change may status.. How and what are the procedures? I keep on emailing the email addresses in SSS web page but for no reply.. I don’t know if they are busy or they just don’t want to open emails..

hello,good day,I can’t register on SSS online,i don’t know my employer SSS number.Just would like to know if my uncle named Domingo R. Donato/Domingo Donato is registered with SSS.He’s deaf but able to work before at Hacienda Luisita Central Tarlac way back 1960’s or 1970’s.Pls. help us we don’t know his birth-date and SSS number,he’s old enough and yesterday he passed away.We don’t know where to get those expenses that be incurred on his funeral service.

HI, I am self-employed, running a small establishment with only 2 employees. I’ve always had fast turn-overs of employees that’s why I haven’t enrolled any one for awhile in SSS. My contribution also stopped in 2006 due to hardship in the business. My income is barely enough to cover my own expenses with a family of 5. Now, I received a demand letter to pay my deliquent contribution and it came up to around P42,000. And they also increased my contribution along the years.
What should I do? I could not afford this anymore.

Sir/Madam:
I am a member of SSS before and I wish to continue my SSS remittance, its been a long year that i stop my contribution, I have my SSS when I was single and I never change the status of it, Can I continue my SSS constribution? and change my status? My problem had no SSS Employer I.d., he said I continue my contribution but in self remittance only without his counterpart, I don’t know how much I’m going to pay for my SSS, I work in the office as Secretary for almost 1 year in service already but I work in his office before for almost 6 years without SSS and no contribution, I only get my SSS before I was a single and work in the department store. Now I get married and with four children and I want to continue my SSS? What shall I do/
